Playbill – The 2009-10 City Center Encores! series of American musicals will give wing to shows with scores by the Gershwin brothers, Harold Rome and Stephen Sondheim. The season begins Nov. 19 with Girl Crazy, the hit-packed Depression-era musical by George and Ira Gershwin.
